Style 4: Chapter 13: Weep Not For The Memories

Marie and Georgo stood there, in the street of Morioh, for about half an hour, In shock. Marie looked to Georgo and said “Jojo… what do we do now?...” Georgo looked to Marie, his face displaying pure sadness “We go to Okinawa, That's what Royce said… Im scared, that if we don't go to Okinawa, then Okinawa will come here, you said it yourself, Royce probably had more people above him, his boss is probably waiting for us in Okinawa, and they will come here, and put our home in danger, if we don't go there…” Georgo said, Marie nodded. Georgo Continued “My older brother, he lives in Uruma, we can rent a little boat and head there tomorrow, but for today, there is something more I need to do…” Georgo walked away, waving goodbye to Marie, who waved goodbye back to him.

Georgo walked for about a mile to his destination, the world passing by with Georgo giving it little notice. Georgo finally made it after about 30 minutes Georgo made it to his destination, A small building, which at the time being, held no purpose, and had no owner, but was once where Georgo attended art classes, alongside Yotsuyu Yagiyama. Georgo walked through the door of the building, knowing no one else would be inside, and walked to the desk, which was once where Yagiyama had sat. Georgo carefully lifted it up, inside finding a few pieces of paper, the first was a complex illustration of a building, Georgo quickly recognized it as the Higashikata Household where his neighbors lived. The next paper was a family tree, showing how Yotsuyu connected to others, including Ko Hirose. And the final one was an illustration of Georgo himself, Georgo was shocked to see the incredibly detailed and expertly drawn reflection, gasping “wow…” he placed the papers back on the desk. The only other thing he found, at first looked like a ball of paper, but when Georgo unfolded it he found it was wrapped around a ball shaped object. Georgo held the ball, it seemed like it was made of steel, and it was very complexly carved, Georgo wasn't sure exactly what purpose the ball had, but even so he kept it. Georgo couldn't find anything else in the desk, he carefully closed it, keeping the strange ball. Georgo looked at the desk, remembering what he could about Yotsuyu, he thought… “Yotsuyu Yagiyama, I wish we could have been friends, I only knew you for a few weeks, and then you disappeared… I think you died, I don't know what kind of business you were into, but I'm sorry it got you killed. If there is an afterlife, I mean… if you can hear me or something… make me a promise, I promise to remember you. Will you remember me as well? If we ever meet again someday, let's be friends for sure, you can call me Jojo…” Georgo looked upwards, towards the roof, he smiled, if just for a brief moment, for even though everything was falling apart, Georgo felt that he had done a good thing, something he should have done a long time ago.

Georgo walked out of the building, keeping the strange Ball, as a way to mourn the friendship he could have had. Georgo headed home, knowing he would be leaving his Mother and Sister for quite a while soon.
